This page explains what happens to the information you give Alan Dawson Autoworks & Recovery through this website, in the same plain language we use for everything else.
What we collect
When you send a booking request, we receive the details you type: your name, phone number, email address and what you tell us about the vehicle. When you call, we may note your number and the job details so we can call you back.
What we use it for
One thing: dealing with your enquiry, quoting the work, booking the job and keeping a record of what was done to your vehicle. We do not sell your details, share them for marketing, or add you to mailing lists.
Where it is stored
Booking-form submissions are stored securely with our website provider inside the EU. Job records are kept in our own systems for as long as we are required to hold them for warranty, tax and legal purposes.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not run advertising trackers. Basic, privacy-respecting analytics may be used to see which pages are useful. Nothing on this site identifies you personally while you browse.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Email info@adautoworks.ie or call (086) 446 1672 and we will sort it, no forms required.
